The homepage is the first page a customer sees; it consists of a menu, slider, search, recommended hotels, hotels with the best deals, and a footer.
After filling in the search parameters, a window will display all hotels based on that request. On the left side of the page is the filter section, where the customer can search by a specific hotel name, filter by regions, and the number of stars the hotel has.
Once you select the desired hotel and room, a window will display all reservation details: the hotel name, hotel information (region and stars), the chosen room, departure date, number of nights, number of travelers, and the final price.
After completing the reservation, confirmation procedures are ongoing in the background. The reservation status can be checked at any time by clicking on “Check Reservation” in the menu.
In the final part of the reservation, where traveler and contact information is filled in, the additional services offered for that trip are listed at the top. VIP transfer, private transfer, health insurance, and cancellation insurance are some of the services frequently offered by the agency, each with its respective price.
During the reservation process, all prices are in euros, but the final price at the bank is made in Macedonian denars due to the rules and laws of the Republic of Macedonia.
All notifications about your reservation can be found in the email you registered in the contact information during the reservation process.
