FLIGHT

You must be at the airport 2 hours before the flight to check in on time by presenting your ticket and valid travel document—passport. At the airport, you will meet an EUROSAVA representative at 076 456 232, who will guide you to check-in. Every client should know that if, for any reason, they fail to check in, we do not take responsibility for boarding the plane or any financial costs that may arise, including costs for the flight, hotel, or transfer. Changing to the next flight will incur additional charges for the flight, hotel, and transfer. Any cancellation will result in penalties defined at the time of cancellation according to the general travel conditions.

HOTEL VOUCHER

Every client must carry the voucher issued by EUROSAVA’s sales system. To avoid any uncertainty or inconsistency with hotel reservations or delays in room check-in, if a voucher is not provided at the hotel, the operator will not be able to assist. Therefore, every client must have the required voucher with them.

HEALTH INSURANCE

To eliminate all potential health issues or accidents during your vacation, it is advisable (mandatory) for every client to carry travel health insurance.

ARRIVAL IN ANTALYA

EUROSAVA Operator has guides who take care of you during your stay. They will be stationed in the respective areas where the hotels are located: Kemer, Belek, Side, Alanya, and Antalya, and will assist with transfers and hotel check-in. We recommend taking their phone number when you meet them at the airport, as they often use Turkish operator numbers, allowing you to contact them for any issues.

COMPLAINTS

For any complaints or issues that may arise at the hotel, please report them to the guide or call +905353300929, mentioned earlier, depending on the area where your hotel is located. If you cannot find the guide, please call +389 2 329 64 64, and someone from our office will send the guide to your hotel immediately to try to resolve your issue. Every client must carefully check the room they reserved and whether it matches the one on the voucher to avoid misunderstandings. The room listed on the voucher must be the same as the one you receive at the hotel; otherwise, if the conditions on the voucher are not met, you are obliged to sign a report available with our guide, which must be signed and certified by the complainant, the hotel, and the guide.
