2. Using this website
This website shows our holidays with descriptions and photos, lets you check free dates and prices, and lets you book and pay online. The rules for using it and for booking are in the Terms and conditions; the contract for a holiday is governed by the General travel conditions.
3. Privacy
We process personal data under the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia, as explained in the Privacy policy. If you believe we do not act by it, write to info@eurosava.com and we will correct it as soon as possible.
4. Personal, non-commercial use
The website is for your personal use. Copying, changing, distributing, publishing or selling its content for commercial purposes is not allowed without our written consent.
5. Ownership of the content
The texts, the design, the logo and the software of this website belong to Eurosava or are used with the permission of their owners, and are protected by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights and the Law on Industrial Property. Hotel photos and descriptions are provided by the hotels and our partners. If you are the author of a photo and want it removed, write to us and we will remove it.
6. Accuracy of the information
We check the information on the website regularly and correct mistakes as soon as we find them. Hotel descriptions and photos come from the hotels and show their facilities in general; a single room can differ. If a price is shown wrong by an obvious error, we tell you before the booking is confirmed and you may cancel it without cost.
7. Unlawful use
You may not use the website for anything unlawful, to enter false bookings, or to disturb its work. In such cases we may block access and take legal action.
8. Links to other websites
The website may link to pages of other companies. They are for your information only; we do not answer for their content or for how they handle your data.
9. Changes
We may change the content of the website and these notices. Changes do not affect bookings that are already made and paid.
10. Applicable law
The law of the Republic of North Macedonia applies to the use of this website.
