Prices and currency
Prices on this website are shown in euro so that they are easy to compare, and can be viewed in denars with the currency switch at the top of the page. Payments in the Republic of North Macedonia are made in denars: the amount is charged at a fixed rate of 62 MKD for 1 EUR. The amount on your card statement can differ slightly if your bank converts from another currency.
When you pay
- Deposit: 30% of the total price when you book, unless the offer states otherwise (some promotional and early booking offers have their own terms).
- Remaining amount: after we confirm the booking, at the latest 15 days before departure or within the term stated in the offer. After the confirmation you receive an email with a link to pay it online.
- Bookings made less than 15 days before departure are paid in full when booking.
If the hotel cannot confirm your booking, the deposit is returned in full, to the card or account it was paid from.
How you can pay
- In our offices, in cash in denars or by payment card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners).
- Online, by payment card, on this website. You enter the card details on the secure page of Halkbank AD Skopje with 3D Secure; Eurosava never sees or stores your card number.
- By bank transfer to an account of Eurosava. Write the booking number on the payment.
- Through a partner agency that sells our holidays.
- Through your employer, in monthly instalments from the salary, for companies, institutions and unions that have a contract with Eurosava.
Instalments
In our offices you can pay in up to 6 instalments without interest with credit cards of Stopanska Banka and NLB Banka. For more instalments the bank charges its interest. Ask us which cards are accepted for instalments on the day you book, because the banks' terms can change.
Online payment fee
For bookings made and paid online, an online payment fee of €10 per booking is added. It is shown in the price before you confirm the booking.
Receipts and invoices
For every payment you receive a fiscal receipt or an invoice, as the law requires. For an online payment the confirmation is sent to the email address of the booking.
Refunds
Refunds are made in the same way the payment was received, within the terms of the General travel conditions.
