These terms apply when you use the website of Travel agency EURO SAVA DOOEL Skopje, Dame Gruev 16, local 3, DTC Paloma Bjanka, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia ("Eurosava", "we") and when you book online. The holiday itself is governed by the General travel conditions, which you accept together with these terms when you book.
1. Who can book
You can book online if you are at least 18 years old and able to make a contract. You are responsible for the data you enter for yourself and for the people you book for, and for the payments you make.
2. How an online booking is made
- You search a departure, the number of nights and the travellers, and choose a hotel and a room.
- The reservation page shows the whole holiday and its price: hotel, room, board, flights, travellers, extras and fees. You can go back and change anything.
- You enter the contact details and the travellers, as in the passports, and confirm that you accept the conditions.
- You send the booking. With this you make a binding order and take on the duty to pay.
- You pay the deposit by card. We send a message to your email that the booking is received.
- We confirm the booking with the hotel and tell you by email. The contract is made when we confirm the booking. If we cannot confirm it, everything you paid is returned.
Check the summary before you send the booking: you can correct a mistake until then. After that, write to us as soon as possible. The contract can be made in Macedonian, English or Albanian. We keep the booking in our system; you can see it at any time under Check reservation, and its details are in the emails we send you.
3. Prices
Prices are total prices for the travellers you searched, with taxes. They are shown in euro and charged in denars, as explained in the Payment terms. A price is checked again with the hotel when you open the reservation page; the price shown there, with your extras and the online payment fee, is the price of your booking.
If a price is wrong by an obvious error, we tell you before we confirm the booking and you may cancel it without cost.
4. Payment
Online payments are made by card on the secure page of Halkbank AD Skopje. The deposit is 30% of the price; the rest is paid after the confirmation. Details are in the Payment terms.
5. Changes and cancellation
You can ask for a change or cancel a booking in writing. The costs are set in sections 4 and 5 of the General travel conditions.
Under the Law on Consumer Protection, the 14-day right to withdraw from a contract made at a distance does not apply to accommodation, transport and leisure services provided on a specific date or in a specific period. This is why a holiday booked online cannot be returned like goods bought online.
6. Complaints
A complaint about a holiday is made as described in section 12 of the General travel conditions: on the spot first, then in writing within 8 days after your return. A complaint about the website or an online payment can be sent at any time to info@eurosava.com; we answer within 14 days. You may also turn to the State Market Inspectorate or to a consumer organisation.
7. Using the website
You may use the website to inform yourself and to book for yourself and the people travelling with you. You may not make false or speculative bookings, copy the content for commercial use, or use programs that load the website automatically or disturb its work. We may refuse or cancel bookings made in breach of these rules.
The online chat gives information and helps you find an offer. Its answers are prepared automatically and are not an offer or a confirmation; the price and the terms on the reservation page apply.
8. Availability
We work to keep the website available and correct, but we cannot promise that it works without interruption. We are not liable for damage caused by an interruption that is outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits the liability we have under mandatory law.
9. Personal data
How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy policy.
10. Law and disputes
The law of the Republic of North Macedonia applies. We try to settle every dispute by agreement; if that fails, the competent court in Skopje decides, without affecting the rights consumers have under mandatory law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version published on the day you book applies to your booking.
